Q?

Where do I register my child ?

A.

Each program provides a variety of registration options , you are able to register in person at the Impact Wellness Center, Eventbrite.com or online at www.impact2day.org. Please don't hesitate to ask questions or receive clarity on our registration process.

Q?

Do I need to contact my various funding sources so that IMPACT can get paid?

A.

No. Impact will bill your various funders for services as they are rendered and wait to be reimbursed.

Q?

Will my funding sources get billed for the same services that I am paying for or for services that another funder is paying for?

A.

No. Impact will only bill funders for services qualified under the funders program and for services actually rendered. At no time will guardians be responsible to pay for services that Impact has already received payment for from a funding source.

Q?

If I qualify for multiple funding sources and I get multiple services from Impact, how do I know what and when services are being paid for?

A.

At the onset of services and at each service change Impact will issue an Explanation of Services. An Explanation of Services will outline what services are being rendered and when and which funding source covers that service. Additionally, the Explanation of Services will have a projected weekly cash pay balance so that guardians will know their estimated payment weekly.

Q?

How do I know what and when I am responsible to pay cash if I have a cash payment due weekly?

A.

Impact will send invoices home with your child weekly. Usually, you will receive a verification of attendance phone call, email, or text message each Friday for the week coming up. Credit cards for cash payment are usually charged at that time. An invoice will be prepared each week after the attendance verification and payment charges are posted and given to your child. If an invoice is not received each week please contact the office immediately.

Q?

What if my child misses a day of child care services after verification of attendance is confirmed?

A.

After attendance verification, if your child is sick, a service credit for the upcoming week can be issued. A service credit will not be issued for any other reason after attendance is verified.

Q?
